Over the years that we have been operating as a business, our aim has always been to ensure that our livestock is sourced from local farms to minimise food miles and support our local farmers as much as possible. We Welcome new farmers to our supplier list whether its only for a small quantity across the year to a more regular supply weekly or monthly. If the livestock meets our standards and quality, we will be happy to purchase.
