  • Unique hanging facility that uses Ultra Violet disinfection system to aid natural dry aging of carcasses .
  • ( Beef carcasses can be hung for a minimum 21 – 28 days)
  • Sausage & Burger making and we can cure meat for bacon or Gammon
  • In house smoking service for smoked bacon & Gammon’s
